 People should include dark chocolate daily because it reduces tension and blood pressure. Excess of everything is bad either it could be chocolate or anything else. Chocolates are good for health and having it reduces the risk of heart disease. If people will start intaking dark chocolate in a right quantity, it will lead to a good health and will prevent blood pressure and attacks. Depression is one of the most disease which almost of the people are suffering through, this chocolate reduces the stress and keep them calm. It has become one of the most trending flavours nowadays. There are many types of chocolates that you can choose to eat such as white chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate etc. Specially dark chocolate is made of cocoa beans and it has sixty6 percent of cocoa solid and less milk as compared to others, it is an energy rich food. 

All the ingredients of this chocolate are not only delicious but it also contains cocoa powder which has disease fighting antioxidants.  As these chocolates are almost purchased on Valentines Day for friends, family, spouses. But now its an era where everyone's life is full of stress, even children has that much of burden which an adult has. When they feel depressed or stressed they want chocolate to get a comfort mood and they can feel reliable. This chocolate also improves blood flow to our brain, our learning power, skills and concenteration. Dark chocolate consists of  nutrients that positively affect humans health.

  The ingredients needed are :-
Cacao butter
Cacao powder
Salt
Sweetner
Choclate mold
                                       LET'S BEGIN
Firstly melt the cocao butter  by putting the boiler. Just make sure that the bottom of the bowl shouldn't touch the water. If you have large piece of butter then chop this into small pieces.
Secondly add the cacao powder to it. If you want to add some sugar then you can add it at this time only. After that if you want to add any flavour to it such as vanilla, mint, orange, piperment etc. These should not include water otherwise chocolate will be seize. Keep this to cool before final step. Pour the mixture into candy shape and keep it in the fridge to set. It can be stored between 2-3 months and it can be kept stored in the freezer for 8-10 months. 
You can also use coconut oil instead of cocao butter, but if chocolate is made with coconut oil it .should be keep chilled.   The main difference between milk chocolate and dark chocolate is that dark chocolate does not have any added milk solids. This leads to deeper chocolate flavour and more bitter than milk chocolate, while on the other hand milk chocolate contains milk or it can be condensed milk. Dark chocolate consists of much calories and fat if it is consumed in excess which leads to weight gain and diseases
